Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of cube8.co.uk and services provided by Cube8 Consulting Ltd ("Cube8", "we", "us").

1. About Cube8

Cube8 Consulting Ltd is a UK company providing AI training, enablement and governance advisory services to UK public sector organisations. Registered in England and Wales.

2. Executive AI Bootcamp

• Registration creates a binding agreement to pay the stated fee
• Fees: £2,500 per attendee (RRP); founding cohort pricing £1,750 (2026)
• Payment due upon registration via Stripe
• Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before start date; 50% refund 7-13 days; no refund within 7 days (substitutions permitted)
• We reserve the right to reschedule cohorts; full refund offered if rescheduled dates unsuitable

3. Advisory & Retainer Services

• Governed by individual Statements of Work
• Retainers require 6-month minimum commitment
• Invoicing: Monthly in advance; payment within 30 days

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, frameworks (including SAGF), methodologies, and content remain the intellectual property of Cube8 Consulting Ltd. Attendees may apply learnings within their organisation but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit materials without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Cube8 provides training and advisory services; we do not guarantee specific outcomes
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded

6. Independence

Cube8 is fully independent. We do not resell technology, accept vendor commissions, or have commercial relationships with AI vendors. Recommendations are made solely in clients' interests.

7. Confidentiality

Information shared during engagements is treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed. We do not disclose client identities without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
